I have wanted to upgrade my portfolio, but the staff at the shop are unreliable. They never phone back, when they say they wiill, and each time when one goes there to inquire about the processing of paper, it seems like too much of an effort for them. If this is the way that Vodacom is projecting its brand, that is laziness and unreliability, I'm gonna start thinking twice about continuing doing business with them. So now I have to phone back again because she supposedly forgot to phone me back. This is not how customer relations work?
