Poor data coverage

The lack of service and blatant disregard for consumer rights is more than evident when dealing with MTN. I would strongly recommend that before MTN advertise their superior data network, they should actually have one. Having taken out a contract for a SMART FONE (Sony Experia) and a laptop with modem, I am battling to get data connectivity. One day its AYOBA, the next NOTHING. FRUSTRATION, call centre calls and visits to the stores are the order of the day. Nobody seems to be able to help. What I found out is that my coverage area is only 2G and the network cant handle the amount of data passing through it thus creating a bottleneck effect causing my units to bomb out. UPGRADE YOUR NETWORK IN MITCHELLS PLAIN CAPE TOWN. Get your staff to work on issues and not the customer. Oh and this the third time I am trying to send this through! Hopefully I don't get a NO NETWORK issue again...
