You just lost 3 contracts!!!

Way to go on the worse possible way to do buss. Last year you said it would cost R600 to cancel a contract, this year almost 6months later you have charged R997. How exactly does a contract cancellation get more expensive close to the ending of the contract. Not only have you lost 2 contracts now, you will be loosing a third soon, inclanother data contract. Pathetic!!!
