MTN should NOT have a 173 customer service number if the call centre agents r 2 busy partyin with a loud noise in the background when they answer & then proceed to drop the call whilst ure talking! Not 1 but 5 times!

Total! My 8year old selected the SABC3 guide & daily joke 2 be sms'd without knowin that her airtime will be garnished. There's no UNSUBSCRIBE option ANYWHERE! We've tried deregistering NUMEROUS time! Via web/ replying with "STOP" still NADA! I spent countless hours on hold with the so called customer care consultants who all "deregistered" it BUT shes still receivin the darn texts & her airtime is gone everytime she reloads:/

Chatted 2 more than 8 so called 'consultants' after days & days of tryin 2 get hold of sum1 & they ALL said that the subscriptions been cancelled yet a month later it STILL AINT! Shes cant reload cos she knows her airtime vanishes everytime she does it goes 2 unwanted subs! WEVE TRIED 2 CANCEL SINCE SHE CLICKED ACCIDENTLY!

How much airtime do U MTN vultures want a 8yr old 2 waste b4 stoppin/unsubscribin her? How much toothfairy and merit award savings would u like b4 stoppin!?!

PLS CANCEL ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS UVE PROMISED "IS" CANCEL
