I cannot call your useless call centre again

My first call was fairly efficient (no doubt Cell C commit a disproportionate quantity of their staff resource into luring you in to their "amazing deals"). The consultant was made clear of my request: 100 minutes a month and a 1 gig data bundle. He quoted me on this offering (approx.. R250) and promised delivery of my sim card to my office that week. Knowing my busy schedule, I requested that they call me the day before to confirm a time of delivery (so that I could make myself available for the collection). Needless to say, the SIM card did not arrive that week, and I made my second call to Cell C to query why it had not been delivered. I waited 20mins for an answer and was given no useful information about the time that my sim card would eventually arrive. I begin to see cracks in this company's service. On the Tuesday of the following I received a call from a confused courier telling me he could not find my street in Hyde Park. This was because my street was not in Hyde Park, in fact it was about 45kms up the N1 in Sunderland Ridge (the address I had clearly given to the consultant on my first call). Another crack.
