Over charged when contract update not processed

I upgraded to the Blackberry 100s contract on 25 Jan 2013 using the online facility.

Instead of processing the upgrade properly I was left on my old 4U contract and was not assigned my 100 free minutes. This meant for 4 months I was paying R3 per minute for calls instead of R1.80 and I was charged for all calls (no 100 free minutes).

This meant my bill has been R700 per month instead of R350.

When I contacted Vodacom's online support they admitted they made an error and immediately processed the upgrade, allotting me my free minutes now. However they have refused to reimburse me for the costs I have incurred because of their mistake.

This is tantamount to because the service I signed up to was not supplied and a more expensive one simply substituted in its place!

Because of this I wish to cancel my contract with Vodacom.
