Not building good customer relations

Telkom has used the the postoffice as an excuse to shut down my telephone service more then ones. I am willing to pay the amount that I recieve a invoice on everytime I recieve one and I do so every time. But I can not pay an account if I dont know what it is. Two things to keep in mind. (1) By law I have 45 days to pay an account from the end month date on an invoice and (2) Telkom still have a deposit on bank that are running interrest on their account of mine. Now my business also run through the postal service and I to have the same problems but I rather build good customer relations then blame the postal service. Take responcibility for your company and dont use others as an excuse. I have paid the 45 day amount but they want the currant one as well to be payer and I have'nt recieved a invoice for it yet. Telkom - A happy client is a returning client. Take responcibility for your own company, dont blame others for your problems. We al are working in the RSA and have to deal with the situations why cant you.
It is a disgrace that you use the monopoly to force your will on to your clients. I hope MTN or Vodacom brings a service out to counter yours.
