Hi Vodacom

Just to let you know, your network is the second most useless one, I cant wait for my contracts to expire next October so I can move over to MTN seems Vodacom is just as bad as my previous 'provider'! Typical once again I am sitting with a phone next to my keyboard, with an apparent full signal bar but no one can get hold of me, and typical Vodacom "service provider", they will instruct me to switch off my phone and switch it back on. And not just that your prices are insane!!! Your charges for services not received anyway are ridiculous!!!

Only in SA can you expect this kind of service! DONT BOTHER CALLING ME OR WHATEVER AS THAT DOESNT FIX YOUR SERVICE CAUSE UR GONNA SEND E MAILS ASKING FOR MY DEBIT ORDER DATES AND ID NUMBER ETC AND IT WONT FIX JACK . I in the meantime will make sure all my friends and family who are on your network also switches over to another where they actually get service that they pay dearly for!

I wont reboot my phone so when your ur so called cust rep phones me to blow steam up my a$$, he/she can chat to my voicemail as your network as I have NO RECEPTION THOUGH I HAVE A FULL BAR
