I took out a contract with vodacom for a lumia 620, 1st they gave me the standard sim card when the phone i was buying is using micro sd sim card, i had to keep calling for days to get the proper sim card and then when i finally got the proper sim card i have problems with the phone this phone just shuts down, every now and then, when i call vodacom sales department to complain they telling me that i should have reported it 14 days before when i was told its 30 days before, but how was i to know the phone was faulty if i didnt have the correct sim card, now im busy calling them and im not getting any proper assistance i am being moved frrom one consultant to another, this is really bad service for a comoany like vodacom now im stuck with a phone that is just dead and im expected to pay
