Living in Stellenbosch I made a trip to Bellville for business. I left my girlfriend (Maryce) at Tygervalley to look for a phone. After an interesting experience, back home she found they did not return her ID after copies. She said she requested it but he kept saying he will fetch it.
Not wanting to drive 100km up and down, I made a call to Tygervalley and spoke to Jacque to arrange a solution.
he took my number and said he will see what he can do. 24 hours passed and I phoned to find out what is happening because we need it urgently due to a RICA issue created by the branch.
His dismissive attitude with a response that there is nothing he could do. Why did he not let us know? Why did he not return the ID at the time? why did he not contact us the afternoon to let us know about the ID that is still there?
