Blackberry at Vodaworld my phone cover

I was very dissapointed at Blackberry Vodaworld Midrand today. My Vodafone Blackberry Curve 8520 was upgraded by Autopage to a Vodafone Blackberry Curve 9360 and I went to Blackberry to have my data transferred. Upon leaving I noticed my back cover on my Red coloured Curve was swopped for a black one.
We turned around and when I entered the Blackberry shop was told "It is only a cover"? They did not have another red back cover but would have one tomorrow. We live in Middelburg?
I noticed the white women Sandra Spiller, had the exact red Curve when I arrived the first time and remarked on that. She told me at the time that it was a service exchange unit but they could not return it to the customer unless it was exactly the same colour cover for instance.
I know my cover was taken for the other phone but I see it as! They were not helpfull at all about contact details. I need somebody to bring them to book!
