Cell C
BAD NETWORK IS AFFECTING MY EMPLOYMENT AND SAFETY!

I would like to say that Cell C's network is really bad and pathetic. It is so bad that it takes me 25 min to even get through to the call center to formally lodge a complaint about the network being bad. Also, potential employers cannot get hold of me for possible job opportunities. They leave me voice mails that I only receive 2 days later and when I do contact them back, the phone keeps cutting out and it takes me another 20 min to connect. This is coming across as unprofessional from my side and it is unacceptable. Also, i had a pipe burst in my flat and i could not get signal for 45 min to contact a plumber. Now, i have to claim for water damage just because my network decided it does not feel like working...

Now i am asking, what about life or death situations... must i ask an attacker to just hold on 20 minutes while my network decides it wants to work?? In this country??

I have been a client with Cell C for more that 8 years and it has been a problem before, and it is still not sorted.
