NO RESPONSE FROM MTN and NO HELP FROM EITHER

Ok, firstly I sent MTN [Email Removed] email on 28 October 2012 about the fact that I had asked for MTN Insurance on my sons blackberry. This was not activated by the Cresta Branch so when I tried to claim the insurance had no record of me. I then saw the manager in Melville and he recalled my email and said they were trying to locate all my documentation so they could check. I resent a message on the 12 December and am still waiting to clear this up. 2ndly I have just done a claim for my broken screen on my Galaxy. I was told by MTN that this phone would just be replaced if anything goes wrong as the phones are too expensive to be fixed and on that premise I took out 24 hour mobility. I have just been told now, that The phone will take between 48 to 72 hours to be "repaired". When I mentioned that I am an actress and all my work comes through via my phone, 24 hour said they had no replacement phone and they couldn't help me. Went to MTN Melville and asked if they could reactivate my old sim card in my BB as they Galaxy has the small sim card so I cant use that sim card in another phone. They said yes, but it's not working. FURIOUS!!!
