I have been trying to query a huge amount of PSD data that i allegedly used in May but i can't get any itemised details until the end of june when the invoice is closed. So my question is who foots teh bill until the end of June? MTN cannot say i owe this huge amount and yet not be able to provide me with details until 1 month later. In the meantime my bill could just go up and up... this is unacceptable. I have a debit order for mtn and does this mean they will unresolvedly take off the queried amount at the end of the month? i can only imagine the amount of time and effort it will require to get any refunds once the bill has been queried.
kennedy at rivonia did not seem to understand my issue at being told that i owe an exhorbitant amount AND being told that i can only resolve it in a month's time - and what happens in the interim???
i cant wait to change service providers
