Good Morning Palesa
We have been exchanging emails for the last 2 weeks, I have been in contact with the call centre for the last month, my order has been looked at and planned for the last month.
I am really getting annoyed in the lack of service I am getting from you you guys.
Its a simple letter stating that everything will work fine with the PABX system when Telkom installs the line.
I am considering getting hold of the CEO to get this issue sorted ASAP. It is really strange that you guys work with the PABX system and offer it but you still don't know what to do!

I want contact details for the planing department (direct number) and also your direct number within the next hour or I will take this up with the CEO or/and ICASA.
