What's the point of complaining when there are pages and pages of Autopage complaints?.. but here anyway...

In January I had had my phone for 18 months. My bill showed 35 pages of "gprs" or "internet connections". I don't use the internet. The "connections" show even at night when my phone is off!

Since then it has got worse. Last month was 54 pages of charges. My branch is Jeffrey's Bay. They have been communicating with, who, I am told, do not communicate back beyond insisting they are "legitimate charges" yet nobody can explain what those are. They can neither be internet nor connections. I enquired with Vodacom, who called them "skelm charges".

2 months ago I wrote a letter, dictating what I would be paying and that I would be stopping my debit order because Autopage could not be trusted. Nobody responded. I paid cash and handed in the deposit slip to my local branch.

Today, as expected, my phone and my son's phone (which is linked to my account) were suspended. Insisting I pay a reconnection fee.

Another example of how the corporates, dictate and you can do nothing! I am expecting a black listing next - and Autopage is the. What now?
