Epair assessment a joke

I recently upgraded my phone at the MTN shop in the oriental Plaza. the phone which i chose was a Sony xperia z. after about a month the screen had a chip on it and the next morning it had a shatter on the screen which rendered the phone useless. i sent it to the same shop for a "warranty assessment". the store booked the device in and thats the last i heard from MTN. when i went there today i was told that the phone had been declined by the assessment. i was not even told by one of your repair guys and had to find out for myseld that your "shoddy" assessment division had declined me. the reason was use damage. i ask you how can a shatterproof phone be shattered and you guys say it had user damage? do you guys just have a little chart and randomly pick things that you tell customers. i have had my MTN contract for 12 years now and not a hitch.
