Lack of response, overcharges and disconnection

I have been a customer since July 2009 with no major issues until 2012.
I found the constant harassment by their sales people annoying but other than that, I was receiving good service. I am not sure what happened in 2012 but I now find myself paying R350 for a phone that does not work unless I am connected to Wi-Fi. I also discovered that I have been over charged R1759.50 in 10 months.
None of my queries are ever responded to. It is impossible to speak to someone at the call centre who is able to assist. I have numerous case numbers, copies of e-mails and automated responses... and still a phone that does not work. When I attempted to upgrade in April 2013, nothing happened. When I queried it, no-one could tell me what the problem was and I am still waiting. I have stopped payment on my account and reported the matter to ICASA. They have disconnected me today for not paying R975.00 - half of the over charges levied on my account. Stay away from this company, or if you do use them, check your account for phantom charges
