I applied for a top up account they gave me a any time account, I went to mtn to make them to change it, It was their fault but they charge me for changing the account. I phoned complaints department and they said the will go thru the recordings to assist me, then they will call me back this is 2 months now im sitting with a blocked phone. I hate mtn why cant they just do their work properley
