Too tired to be BS around - Contract or not

It's been 3 weeks since i've received an sms stating that my contract has been approved but up to now still no delivery, struggling to get hold of Vusi and now being told that there is 3 applications in my name (what the is that all about?). If you can't assist me let me know so that i can move to another service provider. Been with MTN for over 10 years and if this is how they treat their customers then i need to move.
