She has a bad attitude rude Behaviou

I was inquiring about the airtime in my phone, unfortunately the lady by Tholakele Duda was the first available consultant and she was rude saying she doesn't want to repeat same thing as if she is singing. I am very much upset with this kind of customer service i received from MTN as such a huge company.
