Service is pathetic

Good morning my name is junine and i have registered with mobi moola last week.to my surprise i have transferred money into my account form mobimoola but since last week nothing happened i phone this morning on the following nr 0861114666 been holding on for 50 Min which they keep on saying you are first in line drop the call as my airtime got finish and it cost money just imagine a client holding on for 50 min with no assistance their service is pathetic and i want someone to call me back urgently as I'm scared they will take my money from my account, even though i did not receive the money i borrowed from them.please i need a manager supervisor to call me as soon as possible.contact NR is 0736776458 email address is [Email Removed] if i don't get a call taking this up with the media.
