Poor service and unfufilled promises from mobimoola to render the service
Their staff keep saying they will contact me back or send me my mobimoola account details and pin, of which still to date (3/09/2013) I still have not received.
Mobi Mola has failed me time and time again in the last 2 months 1) There was a period where your telephone lines were just not available within your working hours.
2) When the phone line eventually was operational again or not congested, I then, first went online to request for funds to be transferred to my account, and waited for days with no reply or comms of any sort.
So eventually I decided to call in on the 23 July 2013, to request for help the service agent that assisted me on the 23/07/2013 was either Nombulelo or Nosipho. I then followed up on several occassions after a whole week passed by with no comms via email, sms or phone from Mobi moola. Where I spoke to a couple of different people who now could not attend to my initial problem (my request for R500.00 on the 23rd July with Nombulelo or Nosipho) as I could not provide them with my mobimoola account details. That was also a big hassle and I still have had no one call or sms me these.
