Incorrect Information

On the 01 June 2013. I sent my phone for repairs because it had a error message "Reload Software". when i went back to collect it they said is BER (Beyond Economical Repair". I left the phone for a week and today 10 June 2013 I decided to just open the phone insert the battery and switch it on to see if it will work and guess what "My phone is on and working". I think the technical people from MTN Repair centre are taking people for granted, its easy for them to take so many pictures and compile a report to say the phone is BER because they know is not covered by warranty.
I have to be honest that i'm really disappointed with the MTN staff and the service.
