Since the beginning of the year I have been fighting with the incompetant at Cell they never allocated monies to the correct account and kept cutting my additional number and activating it till May when they took it off the system all together. I eventually made peace with no longer using that number and requested a cancellation fee to pay up the contract, till today I'm still waiting. To top it off my other contract they deducted the wrong account and I got charged a rejection fee of R120 which I was also told someone will get back to me I'm still waiting. I want this 2 issues resolved immediately the cancellation fee on 0847974119 which is at Legal and the matter of the rejection fee.
