I have logged a complaint on the 22 May 2013 against Cellc, I have received a response from them asking to answer some questions based on my complaint I have sent 4 emails since then and I'm still awaiting a reply. Its disgusting how poor the service is, I have also went to blackberry buddies at Gateway to have the sofeware upgraded on the phone to see if it helps in anyway, but they can't assist because they say they have no access to Wifi for the past 2 weeks. What must I do with a blackberry Z10 that does not work. What does cellc want from me in order to assist me! My previous emails were sent to [Email Removed]
