Cell C service from their network to the service instore and customer service! I keep been pushed from pillar to post! Since last year I have requested numerous times for my postal address to be updated n to send statements of certain months as my bill has been high. called customer service numerous times the only thing that got corrected was my address! Now Im having problems with my phone that's just a year old! went to gateway cellC today my phone wasnt even looked at I told my story and just got directed to blackberry buddies as it was said it needed to be upgraded! so I went to blackberry buddies and according to them my phone is already upgraded with the latest software. Then I went to La lucia cell C who tells me my warranty fell away in Jan 2013 and that its definitely my blackberry 9300 and I have to now pay to have it fixed. I went in december 2012 to gateway cell c and wasn't even told about any of this. This is so monotonous really! I will never take another contract with CELL C AGAIN! I want answers! I want this phone fixed, reimbursed with the money spent on calls and petrol or better yet a new phone or just cancel this contract!
