Slow internet, poor help, false promises

My mom pushaced the 8ta 10gig 10gig for my from 8ta in Kolonnade. The consultant as far as I concern did his job well and looked on the 3G map and saw that the area where I on behalf going to use it is excillent seen that that was one of the first considerations before taking the contract. The area I am using it is 120 Graham str, Ranjiespark, Midrand and since day one I have been experiencing poor internet signal. I phoned your callcentre that keeps on hanging up or reset the voice options for some reason. After I got trough to your Data department, they aranged and put on the notes for a technician to be send out to help with my signal problems. That was on the 30th of May 2013. Nothing happened as yet. I logged 3 requests after that. Still no response. They said that the numbers I provided them doesn't work, but I tested them. I then used my own knowledge and went to Poynting to get me a Yagi antena. I logged a request again asking them that, nothing has happened. So I decided to do everything myself and report you guys on this website seen that you have no interist in assisting me... If you change your mind, contact me on [Email Removed] or 0781173498.
