Incorrect BIS Billing

Hi
I have requested for my BIS to be cancelled 3 months ago and only now noticed I am still being charged R59 for it every month.
I have not even had a Blackberry to make use of this service for the past 2 months and demand that I be refunded the R118 for the 2 months.
I am a loyal 8ta customer and my bill is already high enough.
Please assist.
