For the past week my adsl line has not been working. There seems to be no adsl connection. Iv tried on several occasions to call technical surport to help me with this issue. they could not even tell me my username and pastwork that i asked for. Everytime i igve my number (021 3710842) im told that this account is closed. iv recently opened this account (4meg adsl uncapped) and im getting a bill that iv paid but i cant get a clear answer as to why my line is not working. For some reason the line gets disconnected everytime i call in for help/ assistance on the matter and keep being transfered form agent to agent.

Please i need some assistance.
