REPAIR taking more than 2 weeks

Brought a 3G modem for repair, after 2 weeks nothing yet!
The employees at the shop are not helping, lazy attitude, no willing to serve.
The trainee is big and slow like a bulldozer. Should be fired!!!

It is still under warranty, why not just replacing it?
