No service or help!!!

On the 1st of May 2013 I renewed my contract with 8ta and also did a sim swap. Up to today 7 June 2013 I am still not able to use my sim. I did a Sim swap 3 times already and still not able to use my contract. Calling the call centre is not much help cause they say that I must go to an 8ta store which is a 100km from me in Nelspruit. I stay in Lydenburg Mpumalanga. I drove there 3 times already but still the problem persist. Everytime I have to call the call centre from my phone which is not 8ta and I spend to date more than R400 airtime. This is unacceptable. This company is not delivering the service they are promising and advertising. I am paying for a service I am not able to use but the company are not doing anything to resolve the problem. I have complained to managers at the call centre who promised that they will call me back wich never happened. I emailed 8ta and complained and still no response. Hope you can help me as I am out of recourses now. Thanks
