Purchased two (2) Vodacom Passport Vouchers for R365 each. Each Voucher provides R265 credit and extends number for two years. Attempted to load vouchers onto two lines. Voda said Vouchers were allocated but not activated. Nicole at shop has been unable to perform either task - extend number or load credit. Moreover, she has not provided updated information about her progress of resolving the matter with her manager or with Voda.
