Same old same old

Phoned your MTNSP direct Call Centre on 083 123 3667 to enquire about upgrading as I have been to two different stores and all I got there was promises of call backs that never happened. The service I received from your call centre was lacklustre and carried out will total disinterest. It was like speaking to a person that had heard something about cellular phones but never really seen a cellphone. Can't say that I was surprised though. Needless to say I am none the wiser.
