I phoned your company to cancel my uncapped account, Short story is that you degraded my line even mess up everything on my line. Phoned back and cancelled everything. Your accounts department state there is 30 day notice. I state that is fine, cancel everything. "For poor service" rendered. When i phoned 5min later my line was even cut off and never received any service again from you.

Before this i had issue with adsl line - dropping etc. Tech department even phoned me on our house line. (Not the cancelled line). State my line is cancelled and they wont help me. Meaning i don't have analogue line or Dsl Connection at all.

Phoned accounts department state that you charge me for full month and don't render any services. They said its fine and will be credit. Two weeks later received a bill again, Fully charged for next month again. Phoned again in and asked what is this? They stated that nothing is cancelled. They place me thru to other department and one told me everything is cancelled they place me back to accounts and they state its not cancelled. Again place me thru to other department. They state tell them all is cancelled. 2/3hrs later and still nothing is done.
