Debitting me after I cancelled!

I cancelled and paid up all fees!!! There debit facilities didn't work two months ago when they were supposed to debit me, now after I have cancelled they seem to suddenly debit me! I have cancelled and paid the cancellation fees, why are they debiting me!!! I want an answer asap!
