Unacceptable Service and Treatment

For the past 6 months I have been calling and enquiring at Vodacom and still I get handed from one department to the next, promised to be contacted by vodacom, in an absolutely shocking display of confusion as to the status of a canceled contract and returned merchandise (all done in early August!!) in connection with a disputed amount owed in order for me to reinstate my normal TopUp debit order!..oh, no wait... My normal TopUp in this month (January 2013) has now been deleted and I and told that for all vodacom's inconvenience and unprofessional conduct towards me I HAVE to pay this amount, including the complete contract amount, bye a NEW SIM CARD and do a SIM swap in order to keep my current number. AND still today went face to face with a costumer care consultant, I was told that the tablet/data/modem contract and merchandise has still, STILL, STILL NOT BEEN CANCELED! I was basically TOLD that I must deal with being out of contact for 2 WEEK while vodacom try and sort all this out!!..WHAT!!! IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS!!! Extremely Unacceptable
