Pathetic Service

MTN useless network. I bought a sim card got it Rica'd followed the instructions, then called to do the sim swap. They told me the sim swap was successful. Only to later call back and be told it wasn't n I need to call back. Now I call back they tell me to buy a new starter pack n call back coz if its not done in 24 hours it can not be done. Now who covers the cost for this? Pathetic. 0735250425 is the number I wanted back

There was a good Agent Name James who went the extra mile to assist me in getting this done however he tried 1 last time to check if it goes through and was not sure if the system will allow it. Well Done James :-)
