Hi Vodacom.

Your call centre convinced me a few months ago to change my prepaid line (which I was happy with) to something called a Smart Lite contract. I agreed thinking as they said I would just be billed for the airtime i use. Now it turns out there is some mandatory R1800 credit limit on the account for 7 months. I am a very high user and reach this limit half way through the month. Now my phone is softlocked and even if I pay the balance on the account - you wont unlock it. This is not only unacceptable but pathetic. You have 2 hours to restore my service or I will report you to the CPA and take legal action. Please cancel this ridiculous contract and put me back onto prepaid. Mobile number 0825064650.
