In April I sent a enquiry with regards to my debit orders to your customer care department. Weeks later I received a nasty, unprofessional email from one of your consultants- Marubini Mafunisa informing me that they tried to contact me on several occasions but were unsuccessful. I promptly responded advising him/her that I have no missed calls or unread sms's or emails. I am still waiting for some sort of feedback from you as you continue to double debit my account. I look forward to your response and my money back as soon as possible.
