I have had a data contract for a few years. Upon renewal I was told that my package wasn't available and they offered me a new package at triple the cost. After explaining that this is ludicrous they offered me a restructured package at a similar cost to previously being paid. I accepted this telephonically, however, every month since - going on for over 6 months now, I have been debited in excess of double what was agreed. Although they are aware of their fault, and do reverse the fault, it is only done due to my complaints. Again this month I have been overbilled. Although I am dealing with senior individuals in the company like Lucky Mpofu and Sean van der Westhuizen, this issue is never resolved correctly. I have now reported these transactions to my bank as. My next step is to lay charges of and against the individuals mentioned as they are aware of the situation, and represent the company. I do not know what else to do though as I am locked into a contract! -- Cell C's billing department must be an absolute shambles!
