Do they actually know what is going on???

After lodging a complaint last week, speaking to them on Saturday and cancelling the deal, due to the fact that they twice cancelled my application without advising me, a courier company just turned up at my door with my phone delivery!!! Is this possible? Can a company be so atrociously bad at getting anything right? Does the one hand know what the other is doing? I laughed so hard I almost doubled over. If these people now bill me, after I cancelled this service with them last week already (it was never confirmed - as far as I am concerned it was never approved) there will be to pay.
