I have a compaint about Vodacom.
Three weeks - ago my phone was disconected due to the fact that i had not made a payment but i phoned Vodacom Accounts and said that i do not recieve monthly statements on time to know what the amount is, i also asked the lady at the accounts department what is the outstanding amount and she said R740.00, but then the following day i recieved a invoice for R1 340.00 wich was still ok, when i went to the Vodacom shop to do the payment they said that my account was R2 887.00, three different amounts in three days. So i made a arrangement to pay R2000.00 that day and by month end or the first few days of this week i will pay the outstanding amount and they said thats fine. Yesterday i made the payment wich was outstanding but they have allready deactivated my number from their service, then i recieved another invoice for the month of May for R767.14, all for the month of May, so my total amount is about R3 600.00 where my monthly account is on average R1 200.00.How do they work, do they even know what they are doing.
