Lack of Information since October 2010

In 2010 it happened that one of my numbers that was allocated to me was used without my knowledge. So in October 2010 I contacted Cell C to ask what I can do. I was then assisted and asked to complete a Acknowledgement of Dept form for the outstanding amount to be paid. I then asked for someone to give me a call in this regard to make arrangements for the amount that will be paid monthly. Every-time I called them after that, they will ask for all the information again and again and again after I asked them to note the calls I made on the system! Till today I await the call. Today I received a message on my phone stating " If this account is not payed in full by COB Friday it will be handed to the Attorneys"???
