I put up a complaint about the same thing about a month ago, my handset from insurance has taken 3 months and not reached me yet. i received an email last week notifying me that my handset is in the store, i went there today and it isnt. autopage has given me the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. dont use them if you want any help with anything during your contract, they just and and and lie. from the store assistants, to the manager, to the customer care, all are full of and half truths and unwilling to help a customer.
