NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I called cell c to find out the status of my delivery of my new phone. i waited on the phone for 15mins to find out that my order has been rejected! i didnt receive a phone call to let me know. i was under the impression that everything was in order and my phone was on its way! i am very disappointed in the service i have recieved!
i have no idea why it would be rejected either!!!
