Apathy & Unwilling to correct Autopage's Mistakes

I am being incorrectly billed due an upgrade in Feb. I have calling & mailing Autopage. They admitted their mistake, & assured me of reversals. I asked to be reimbursed, as opposed to be credited as the refunds would cover a couple of months of my phone bill. I was informed by an employee that Autopage are in the habit of overbilling customers & only people who complained received refunds. I said I would tell people this & 1 of my friends indeed found this to be true. He is engaging with Autopage for the. I insisted the matter be escalated. This too fell on deaf ears for a couple of days. Eventually, after many back & forth emails & phones calls I was informed that refunds would be processed. Last week I was billed AGAIN by Autopage, after I was told my account would be credited. Andre & Autopage has no intention of correcting their mistakes (as admitted by their own employees).
No one is contactable. Over 20 calls & mails are ignored (proof). No replies to queries related to services, refunds, overbilling & unknown amounts deducted from my account.
Given my experience with this company, I doubt that anything will come of this as apathy is the flavour of the day at Autop
