I'm paying for a contract that does not exist

Good Day.

I am so unhappy with Nashua Mobile

On the 23 of August 2012 I sent a letter terminating my contract which had expired in June 2012. Nashua mobile has been billing me up to this day.
Whenever i phone, i hold for over an hour which costs me even more money and when i finally get through to them they always say that they will get back to me, no one ever comes back to me the last person i spoke to was Deon.
I re-sent my document and was contacted by a lady who said she was helping me terminate the contract over the phone and told me that my number will now be on prepaid that was in December. Since Jan 2013 i have been loading airtime on this phone.

The last sms i got from them is that they are going to take legal action against me. If anyone needs to take legal actions here it is me.

It is for this very reason i Terminated my contract in the first place BAD SERVICE!!! now they are taking my money by changing the transaction codes/reference and description every month so that they can by-pass my stop order.
