Hi
So to date, i still haven't received anything from Vodacom, no calls for updates
Why should i as the customer run to a shop to find out if the phone i'm paying for has arrived, not acceptable
Its 3 weeks now since i attempted to renew my contract, can someone please let me know if the phone can be supplied or not, if it cannot be supplied, PLEASE tell me and i will get the phone elsewhere
The papers i signed is at Vodacom, so please do not ask me what i want to upgrade to
AGAIN, i am not an impatient person, but seriously, no updates...?
