Internet not working... again

Yet again I'm having problems with the connection, and no its not the router, i replaced it to check and it does the same. The adsl disconnects every few minutes, international ping is over 300 and opening a web page takes about 5 minutes. It was nice in the beginning with great customer service.. But I guess Mweb will be the next option if this continues...
